1. Can I Stay in the House After the Sale?

Most of our clients stay in their homes after a quick sale.

In fact, that is what we want!

We are in the property business and want good tenants. What better tenant we ask for than someone who considers the property to be their home?

First, pay cash for your house to pay off your debt quickly and take the pressure off you.

We then place a mortgage in our name against the property from a regular UK bank after the sale. If the rent you can afford is greater than the monthly mortgage we pay, you can stay in the property. If the monthly mortgage is higher than the rent you can afford, it will be better for you to clear your debts and start afresh elsewhere at an affordable rent.

2. What’s in it For Us?

We are a business and like every other business; we only buy your house in cash where we can agree a sale price which is below open market value by at least 15%. This allows us to buy your house in cash using your equity.

3. Which parts of the country do you cover?

We buy property through out UK and have a national network of professional UK homebuyers that may be able to help you where ever you live.

4. How long before I get cash in my hands?

Within 2 weeks from the valuation of your property by an independent RICS Chartered Surveyor appointed and paid for by us.

5. I am served by repossession notice- Can You Still Help?

Yes!
